Ingredients for 2 portions

Method

  1. Divide 480 g chilled Greek yogurt between two bowls. Peel and core apples, then weigh 260 g of edible fruit and slice it thinly just before serving.
  2. Put 130 g sliced apple on each bowl. Roughly break 40 g plain walnut kernels into pieces and scatter half over each portion.
  3. Drizzle 15 g honey over each bowl and serve immediately so the fruit stays crisp.

Based on Greek Flavours’ 10-minute yogurt, apple, walnut and honey breakfast. The photographed bowl shows yogurt, honey and walnuts but no apple; the measured recipe adds 130 g apple per serving. Honey means this is not vegan; yogurt contains milk and walnuts are tree nuts. Calories are ingredient-weight estimates, not laboratory measurements.
