Ingredients for 3 portions

Method

  1. Whisk flour, eggs, milk, water, 10 g melted butter, 5 g sugar and salt into a smooth batter. Rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a small non-stick frying pan and brush with a little remaining butter.
  3. Pour in a small ladle of batter and immediately tilt the pan to form a thin layer. Cook for about 1 minute, flip and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Repeat with remaining batter, stacking the crêpes. Serve with lemon juice and remaining sugar.

Makes about six crêpes, two per portion. Additional chocolate, cream or other toppings are not included.
